How will the fee be processed?

    What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy for GP consultation appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 2 hours before your appointment for free of charge. No-shows or late cancellations will incur a $50 no-show fee. Cancellation policy for Allied Health appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before your appointment for free of charge. Do I need an appointment for a referral/script and or repeat script/medical certificate?

Can I do a telehealth consultation?
Medicare has imposed eligibility criteria for patients to be eligible for telehealth consultations. Patients need to have visited the medical centre physically in the last 12 months to be eligible for a telehealth consult. Otherwise, telehealth will be privately billed to the patient with the full amount, no rebate.

Can I come in to the clinic if I have cold or flu symptoms?
Please contact our reception team if you have any cold or flu symptoms. We will then require you to take a RAT test before attending the clinic. If the RAT test is negative, the patient can be seen for a face-to-face consultation but will require wearing a mask upon clinic attendance.

    What is Mixed Billing?
Mixed billing is where the cost of the service is not covered entirely by Medicare, requiring you to pay a private fee upfront. We will then submit a claim to Medicare on your behalf, and you will receive a rebate from Medicare. This means there is an out-of-pocket cost to you which will vary depending on the service.
