Dr Anna Uridge

From 1st January 2025, Dr Anna Uridge will be a privately billing GP. She will offer a reduced out of pocket gap fee for concession card holders (HCC / Pension / Commonwealth Seniors) of $40 per consultation.

For non-concession card holders, an existing gap of $50 per consultation applies.

Dr Anna Uridge will continue to bulk bill for the following: DVA Gold card holders, Care Plans, Health Assessments, Immunisations, Dressings Recalls.

If you believe that you will experience financial hardship as a result of this change, please discuss with Dr Anna Uridge or the practice manager.

Skin Check Fee Increase

Please be advised that our skin check fees will increase effective January 2025.$150.00 for a full body check and $95 for a spot check. We appreciate your understanding.

Dr Anna Uridge will no longer bulk bill pensions and concession card holders. A reduced gap fee of $40 will apply from January 2025.

Out-of-pocket Fee Increase

Please be advised that our out-of-pocket fees will increase from $40 to $50, effective 1st November 2024. We appreciate your understanding.

Myhealth Ashmore Plaza opened in July 2015. Taking over the site of Ashmore Plaza Medical Centre, it still offers the comprehensive and holistic care for which it has been known over the years and we extend a warm welcome to Dr Farhad Azadzamany and his colleagues to the Myhealth family.

You can make an appointment by calling us on 07 5679 5625.
At myhealth we give all our patients the choice of doctor and encourage you to make longer appointments if necessary. We request in the event that you need to change or cancel your appointment that you give us 24 hours notice in advance. Walk In Appointments are accepted and triaged on arrival.

Visits
Home visits may be available at the discretion of your treating doctor within a 5km radius of the practice for patients who meet the criteria. Conditions apply. Please speak with reception for further details.

Myhealth Ashmore is a MIXED BILLING practice. A Gap fee of $50 will occur after medicare rebate for most of the GP consultations. Bulk billing may still be available for eligible patients with a valid Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, DVA and Children under 16 years with selected GPs of the practice. For Saturdays, ALL consults are privately billed with a $50 gap fee after medicare rebate (including recalls, results, children and concession card holders).

Please note:

Dr Phillip Myers is a fully private billing doctor. Fees will apply for all the patients 16 years and older.

Dr Anna Uridge will charge a reduced gap fee of $40 for pensions and concession card holders (after medicare rebate) from January 2025. Standard $50 gap fee applies for non concession card holders.

Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy

For general consultations, a $50 fee will apply for missed appointments or late cancellations within 4 hours' notice. For surgical procedures, a $250 fee will apply for missed appointments or late cancellations within 24 hours of a 1-hour procedure.

At Myhealth Ashmore Plaza we treat everybody with respect and empathy, and always put our patients first, that's why we have a range of healthcare practitioners ready to help you and your family with all your medical needs.

Ashmore doctors can help with all sorts of general health problems, from asthma and heart health to mental health and chronic disease management. They can also provide COVID and travel vaccines, and vaccines and health assessments for your children.

Skin check appointments are available, including checks for skin cancer, and minor surgical procedures can be performed at the centre, as can cosmetic medicine. We also have an in-house pathology service with Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology.

Our team of Allied Health Practitioners can offer holistic care and includes a podiatrist, a physiotherapist, a dietitian and an integrative physician.

Do you Bulk Bill?

We are a mixed billing practice with gap fees. Some doctors offer bulk billing for pension and concession card holders and those under 16 years of age.

Do We accept Overseas Insurance?

Yes we accept overseas insurance. Our doctors charge a $30 gap fee.

Do I need an appointment to get my results?

Yes, an appointment is required with a doctor to obtain results. This can be an in-person appointment at the practice or via telehealth.
