Do you offer Workcover and CTP claims?
Yes, we do. In order to process your claim, we will require your insurance details and claim number. If you do not have a claim number at the time of your appointment, you will need to pay for your appointment upfront and process the claim back from your employer. Once you have a claim number, we can directly bill your insurance company for your appointments.
Do you offer translating services?
Yes, all of our doctors have access to TIS National, a translating and interpreting service provided by the Department of Home Affairs. Please contact reception ahead of your appointment to organise an interpreter.
Do you offer allied health services?
Yes, we offer the following services: ENT, gastroenterology, gynaecology, and psychology.
Do We accept Overseas Insurance?
Yes, we accept overseas insurance. Our doctors charge a $30 gap fee.
Do you have access to my medical records from another Myhealth?
No, we do not have access to your records. However, we can obtain them by request. Please allow a week prior to your appointment to guarantee we have received these from your other clinic.
