About Myhealth Bondi Junction Medical Clinic

Myhealth Bondi Junction is a Mixed Billing Medical Centre conveniently located on Level 19 in Westfield Bondi Junction.

This brand new, purpose built centre offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients.

We offer a full range of medical services with physiotherapy, pathology, dietician and other comprehensive allied health services onsite. For all enquiries, please contact Myhealth Bondi Junction.

For your added convenience we also accept online bookings. Face to Face and Telehealth appointments are available however you must have had a face to face appointment in the last 12 months to be able to book a telehealth appointment and receive the Medicare rebate.

Appointments Types

STANDARD APPOINTMENTS
Standard face to face appointments and telehealth appointments are booked in for 15 minutes and are best for dealing with a single enquiry or two simple enquiries, if you require a longer appointment, please call the clinic directly. Please refer to our fees section for our current fee schedule.

LONG APPOINTMENTS
Please call to book any long appointments for more complex enquiries or multiple issues. Long appointments are required for Childhood vaccinations, Mental Health and Pregnancy/Antenatal, skin checks, mirena or implanon insertion or removal. Please refer to our fees section for our current fee schedule.

If you are having significant chest pain, shortness of breath, heavy bleeding or think it may be an emergency, please call 000 immediately.

Services

CHILDHOOD IMMUNISATIONS
All childhood immunisation appointments are 30 mins. The appointment includes a vaccine component with both the nurse and your GP. A dedicated appointment with your GP , who will conduct a thorough Blue Book check, and will give you the opportunity to discuss any developmental concerns, referrals, etc.

TEST RESULTS
Test results are an important part of your medical care. If your results are all clear your doctor may call you. If an explanation of your results and/or further action is needed you will need to make an appointment to see your doctor and a standard or long consultation fee will apply. You may be able to book a telehealth appointment to discuss your results with the doctor.

Please be aware that clinic staff can only advise if your results have returned.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATES
Medical certificates are legal documents and are permitted only if you present for consultation with a doctor with a valid reason for work absence. We request that patients let their doctor know on the day of the appointment if they require a medical certificate for work or school.

Please note that we are not permitted by law to backdate medical certificates, and the date of consultation/attendance will be marked on the document. Dates of illness will reflect the actual duration of illness, and this may predate the presentation.

REFERRAL TO SPECIALISTS
It is essential that you make an appointment to see your GP for any referral to a specialist. Please note that we are not permitted by law to back date referrals, so please ensure that you have a current referral before you see the specialist.

- Have attended our practice in the past 12 months

- Have previously approved medications or referrals that are now due for renewal

Welcome to Myhealth Bondi Junction, where we offer both in-person and telehealth consultations tailored to your needs. We’re here to make things as convenient as possible for you, so we encourage you to book your appointment online or call our friendly team at (02) 9188 5142. Our location in the Eastern Suburbs is easy to reach and offers free 3-hour parking to make your visit hassle-free. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a $50 non-attendance fee.

In-person or Telehealth Appointments:

Standard Visits: $95 total ($43.90 covered by Medicare + $51.10 out of pocket)

Extended Visits: $160 total ($84.90 covered by Medicare + $75.10 out of pocket)

*Please note that care plans can only be discussed during in-person appointments

Children’s Appointments:

If you’re bringing your child in, Dr. Mohammad Baghbanian, Dr. Eli Weiner, Dr Grace Pellen and Dr Rod Parnian will bulk-bill children’s appointments. For our other doctors, there’s a $30 out-of-pocket fee for children.

Walk-in Consultations:

We always do our best to accommodate walk-in patients, but it’s a good idea to book an appointment whenever possible. Walk-in consultations may incur a higher out-of-pocket expense:

Walk-in Visits : $143.90total ($43.90 covered by Medicare + $100 out of pocket)

Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy

A $50 non-attendance fee applies for cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice.

For specialist appointments, 48 hours' notice is required, and cancellations will incur the full fee of $245.
