Monday to Friday - Face-to-face gap fee increase to $45.00 commencing 4 August 2025. Telehealth calls will incur a gap fee of $30.00.

Saturday

The change applies to all eligible Medicare card holder, OVHC, and OSHC members. For all others, please speak to our receptionist.

**To be eligible for GP Telehealth services, patients must have had a face-to-face consultation at Myhealth Central Park in the 12 months before the Telehealth service.

Dr. Fay Mayo provides bulk-billed consultations, whether in person or through telehealth.

FUNCTIONAL BODY PHYSIOTHERAPY

Effective 4 August 2025, there will be an increase in private fees for all physiotherapy patients.

The updated fees are as follows:

• Private Initial Consultation (30 minutes): $49 (Promotional rate)
• Private Follow-Up Consultation (30 minutes): $90
• Private Extended Consultation (60 minutes): $160

Thank you for your understanding.

Patients with a care plan (EPC) will continue to be bulk billed.

Please note: If you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not attend, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Ear Syringe: $30 (per ear)
Flu vaccination: $20
Implanon (in and out): from $50
Head to Toe Complete Skin Check: from $50 (depending on complexity)
All other procedures (including skin biopsy, suturing/suture removal..etc): Please discuss with your doctor first

These fees do not apply to:

• OSHC card holders with ALLIANZ, NIB, BUPA, CBHS, AHM and MEDIBANK

With Medicare freeze and bulk billing rebates not keeping up with the cost of rent, utilities and medical supplies, we have made the hard decision to implement these changes so that we can continue to provide the best level of care for our patients.

Note: For Medicare card holders, you will need to pay the sum of gap fee and consult fee at the end of your consultation. You can claim the consult fee back from Medicare on the spot by bringing a bank card (not credit card) with you.

Please note that there will be a $60 fee for all face-to-face consultations for walk-in patients.
