We are moving! Please note that our clinic is relocating to Shop 3-002A Level 3, 345 Victoria Ave, Chatswood Chase. To facilitate the move, we will be closed from 1:00 pm on March 24th until March 29th, officially reopening at our new location on March 30th.

If the matter is very urgent, please contact the NSW Mental Access Line on 1800 011 511 to be connected to your local acute care team, or present to your nearest Emergency Department.

About Myhealth Chatswood Chase Medical Clinic

Myhealth Chatswood is a Mixed-Billing Clinic that is located within Chatswood Chase shopping centre. The clinic is best accessed by the lifts located near the Archer Street entrance of Chatswood Chase. Our aim is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based medicine and care.

We have available additional allied health services in one convenient location – covering Dietitian services, Pathology collection, Physiotherapy and Psychology.

BEHAVIOUR WITHIN THE PRACTICE AND ON THE PHONE

Our practice and staff have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of aggressive or intimidating behaviour, verbal or physical. Any person acting in an aggressive or intimidating manner in the surgery will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Likewise, if they act in an aggressive or intimidating manner over the phone, the phone call will end immediately.

Cancellation/Non-Attendance Policy

We have a Cancellation/Non-Attendance policy for all appointments. If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your GP appointment time and fail to attend, a fee of $40 applies before you can make any further bookings. We thank you for your understanding.
