Starting 1 November 2025, our practice will bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients for all consultations, including weekends.

Some of our doctors use artificial intelligence (AI) to transcribe the consult to improve efficiency in note taking. Please let reception know if you do not consent to your doctor using AI during your consult.

Can I come in if I have flu-like symptoms?
If you have flu-like symptoms, please inform our reception team. You will need to undergo a RAT (Rapid Antigen Test) before attending the clinic. A negative RAT allows for a face-to-face appointment with the requirement to wear a mask. If the RAT is positive, a telephone consultation can be arranged.
Do I need an appointment for a script/referral/medical certificate or any vaccine injections?
Yes, an appointment is necessary whenever you require any action from our doctors.
What if I'm sick on the day and no appointments are available?
Although consultations are primarily by appointment, in case of an emergency, you will be added to our cancellation list. Patients on this list are triaged and prioritized based on the severity of their symptoms. Our dedicated team of doctors strives to accommodate as many patients as possible from the cancellation list.
Are you a bulk billing clinic?
Yes. From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
