Thursday Drop-In
As Dr Sanjay will be on leave from the 1st-25th May there will be NO DROP-IN on Thursday mornings.
Drop-in will resume Thursday 28th May at 7.30-8am
Phone Consultations
Patients need to have seen a GP face to face within a 12 month period to be able to book a telephone consultation.

Exclusive to Myhealth Engadine, our Aged Care Specialist, Karen Buckey, is here to help.
If you need assistance navigating My Aged Care services or the portal, or if your circumstances at home have changed suddenly and you need to understand what support is available, Karen can assist.
Appointments with Karen are available every second Monday of the month. To book, please call reception at 95200444.
All New Patients:
For all new patients joining us from another surgery can you please present a Patient Health Summary for our GP's to use as reference. We will also obtain authorisation from you to request a copy of your previous patient file so we have all your details on record.
Dr Phoebe Hone - Not Accepting New Patients
Please be aware that Dr Hone has temporarily closed her books and will not be taking on any new patients at this time. Appointments will only be available to pre-existing patients until further notice.
Dr Sam Rahim - Driving Medical Assessments
Please be advised that Dr. Sam does not fill in forms or conduct driving medical assessments for first-time patients.
Please note that Dr. Sam prioritises face-to-face appointments when running behind schedule. Phone consultations are approximate and are likely to take place later in the day, typically after 5:00 p.m. If your matter is urgent, please contact the clinic directly.

Do you Bulk Bill?
We operate as a mixed billing practice, where Medicare may not cover the entire cost of the service, necessitating a private gap fee. Gap fees range from $20 to $200 depending on the service provided. We will submit a claim to Medicare on your behalf, and you will receive a rebate from Medicare.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we do accept walk-ins.
Do I need an appointment for a script, referral, or medical certificate?
Yes, you need to schedule a GP appointment for scripts, referrals, or medical certificates.
Can I do a telehealth consultation?
Medicare has eligibility criteria for telehealth consultations. Patients must have visited the medical centre physically within the last 12 months to be eligible. Otherwise, telehealth consultations will be privately billed to the patient at the full amount, with no rebate available.
