As Dr Sanjay will be on leave from the 1st-25th May there will be NO DROP-IN on Thursday mornings.
Drop-in will resume Thursday 28th May at 7.30-8am

Patients need to have seen a GP face to face within a 12 month period to be able to book a telephone consultation.

If you need assistance navigating My Aged Care services or the portal, or if your circumstances at home have changed suddenly and you need to understand what support is available, Karen can assist.
Appointments with Karen are available every second Monday of the month. To book, please call reception at 95200444.
All New Patients:
For all new patients joining us from another surgery can you please present a Patient Health Summary for our GP's to use as reference. We will also obtain authorisation from you to request a copy of your previous patient file so we have all your details on record.
Dr Phoebe Hone - Not Accepting New Patients
Please be aware that Dr Hone has temporarily closed her books and will not be taking on any new patients at this time. Appointments will only be available to pre-existing patients until further notice.
Dr Sam Rahim - Driving Medical Assessments
Please be advised that Dr. Sam does not fill in forms or conduct driving medical assessments for first-time patients.
Please note that Dr. Sam prioritises face-to-face appointments when running behind schedule. Phone consultations are approximate and are likely to take place later in the day, typically after 5:00 p.m. If your matter is urgent, please contact the clinic directly.
