    Bulk Billing Update – Effective 1 November 2025

    Starting 1 November 2025, our practice will bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients for all consultations, including weekends. 


    No children immunisations given on Saturday and Sundays.

    Are you a bulk billing clinic?
    Yes. From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.

    Do you accept walk-ins?
    Due to our busy clinic, we recommend that all appointments be booked in advance to avoid long wait times and frustration. Walk-in appointments are prioritised and triaged based on severity in case of emergencies. Please book appointments where possible to avoid delays.

    Am I eligible for Telehealth?
    To be eligible for Telehealth, you need to have had a Face-to-Face consultation with one of our GPs in the last 12 months. If you are unsure, please call reception, and they will advise you on your eligibility and the steps available to you.

    Do you accept patients with no Medicare?
    Yes, we do accept patients without Medicare. Please ensure you bring your insurance card with you. If you do not have your insurance card or we are not affiliated with your insurance company, the full amount will need to be paid, and you will need to process the claim with your insurer. Please see reception after your appointment for assistance.
