    Please note the following GPs will be on leave during these dates;

    • Dr Ming will be on leave 30 March until 10 April, 2026.

    • Dr Verity will be on leave 12 March until 19 March, 2026.

    • Dr Patricia will be on leave 6 April until 11 April, 2026.

    Are you a bulk billing clinic?
    Majority of our GPs offer Mixed Billing consultations Monday to Friday, with gap fees applied to Medicare card holders aged 16 and above and Private Health Insurance. We continue to Bulk Bill Age Pensioners and Children under the age of 16.

    How will the fee be processed?
    You will be charged the full amount of the consultation fee at the end of your consultation. We prefer payment via EFTPOS, which allows us to process your Medicare rebate on the spot. Alternatively, we can submit electronically on your behalf. The rebate should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days. Please ensure your Medicare details are updated and sufficient funds are available.

    Why is the Doctor running late for my appointment?
    Your doctor may be running behind for a few reasons: 1. Your doctor may need to take urgent phone calls from hospitals or specialists regarding patient care. 2. Occasionally, some patients may need extended consultation time to address their health conditions, so it's important to book longer appointments if needed. 3. Medical emergencies that require immediate attention. 4. Delays caused by previous patients arriving late to their appointments.

    Do you accept walk-ins?
    Due to being a busy clinic, we recommend all appointments be booked in advance to avoid long wait times and frustration. In emergencies, walk-in appointments are prioritised and triaged based on severity. Please book appointments where possible to avoid delays for yourself and other patients.
