    Are you a bulk-billing clinic?
    We are a mixed billing clinic. A gap fee of $30-$50 applies for standard doctor's consultations. Please ensure you see reception after your appointment.

    Do you accept walk-ins?
    We are primarily an appointment-based clinic; however, we do accept walk-in appointments. Due to being a busy clinic, walk-in appointments may have extensive and unpredictable wait times. To avoid this, please book available appointment slots where possible.

    Do you take patients with no Medicare?
    Yes, we do. Please make sure to bring your insurance card for payment, and a gap fee will apply to your appointment. If you do not have your insurance card or we are not affiliated with your insurance company, the full amount will need to be paid, and the claim will need to be processed by yourself with your insurer. Please ensure you see reception after your appointment.

    Do I need an appointment for a referral/script/medical certificate?
    Yes, you do. Please contact the clinic to book an appointment. Our normal fees may apply as this requires a standard appointment.

    Do you provide pathology services?
    Australian Clinic Labs is located within our clinic and operates on a walk-in system. An appointment is not necessary; however, a pathology referral is required. These services may incur fees that are not associated with Myhealth. For any billing enquiries, please contact Australian Clinical Labs directly.
