    Liverpool Urgent Care Clinic is open 8am-10pm, 7 days a week including public holidays. This service is available to patients who require urgent (but non-life-threatening) medical attention. Appointments can be made by calling the clinic on (02) 7200 5430 or by walk-in, please note that no online appointments are available for Urgent Care.

    Bulk Billing Update – Effective 1 November 2025

    Starting 1 November 2025, our practice will bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients for all consultations, including weekends.

    Do I require to make an appointment for a script/referral or medical certificate?
    Yes, appointments are required to be made with your GP for any script, referral, and/or medical certificate.

    Do I get charged a gap payment for a Telehealth Appointment?
    Yes, there may be a $20 gap payment required for your Telehealth appointment. Only eligible Telehealth appointments will be Bulk-Billed by your GP.

    Why didn't my rebate go through while paying after my consultation?
    There could be a few reasons: 1. Ensure you have a valid Account linked to your MyGov account. 2. Occasionally, there may be system errors or glitches. Please check and rectify these issues to ensure smooth processing of payments in the future.

    Are you a bulk billing clinic?
    Yes. From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
