About Myhealth Miranda Medical Clinic

Myhealth Miranda opened in March 2016. It is located across the road from Westfield Miranda right near the train station.

Our practice offers a range of services including skin checks and preventative medicine in one convenient location. In addition pathology collection is available inside the building with allied health services available within our practice.

For your added convenience we also accept online bookings.

We are no longer a bulk billing practice.

This means that a $30 – $50 GAP (out of pocket) fee will now apply for ALL GP Consultations.

Eligible patients will continue to be bulk-billed:

Pension/Concession card holders
Children under 16 years of age.

GAP FEES APPLY TO ALL PATIENTS FOR ALL PROCEDURES, CERVICAL SCREENING AND SKIN CANCER CHECKS.

We are a cashless practice. Please ensure you are bringing in the appropriate credit/debit cards for your consultation.

Cancellation/Non-Attendance Policy

If you do not attend your appointment or cancel less than an hour prior, you will be charged a $40 fee non attendance fee and will no longer be able to book appointments until the fee is paid. Please see reception for further details, thank you for your understanding.

Are you a bulk billing clinic?

We offer mixed billing consultations with gap fees applied to Medicare card holders aged 16 and above and OVHC card holders. We continue to bulk bill DVA/Age Pensioners, Concession Card holders, and Children under the age of 16.

Do you accept walk-ins and will I have to wait?

We do accept walk-ins; however, we recommend booking an appointment if you know your preferred time. We cannot always guarantee availability for walk-ins. For urgent or immediate care, please proceed to your closest emergency department.

Do I need an appointment for a referral/script/medical certificate?

Yes, please contact the clinic to book an appointment. Our normal fees may apply as this requires a standard appointment.
