How can I obtain a Medical Certificate?
Medical certificates are available and can be requested at the time of consultation with your doctor. If you require a special consideration certificate, please bring the necessary paperwork to your consultation.
Do I need an appointment to get a script?
Yes. Please schedule an appointment by contacting the practice directly, booking via our website, or using the MyPractice App.
Am I eligible for a telehealth consultation?
Under Medicare, telehealth consultations are only available to existing patients who have seen their GP in person in the last 12 months.
Why am I receiving reminder notices?
Our practice is committed to preventative care, and we may issue you with reminder notices or practice information from time to time. Please advise the staff if you do not wish to participate in this program.
What is MyMedicare?
MyMedicare is a new voluntary patient registration model aimed at strengthening and formalizing the relationship between patients, their general practice, GP, and primary care teams. Evidence shows that regular visits to the same GP and healthcare team lead to better health outcomes for patients. You can formally register with the clinic here as your usual general practice or register with your preferred GP from 1 October 2023.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes, all patients are welcome in our practice. Please arrive 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time to fill in necessary paperwork, including a New Patient Registration Form.
