About Myhealth Pacific Fair Medical Clinic

Since opening at Pacific Fair on September 15th 2015, our new mixed billing Myhealth clinic has offered a diverse range of services provided under one roof for both existing and welcomed new patients.

Our practice services range from having our own registered nurse, to physiotherapy, skin cancer checks, podiatry, a dietician, paediatrics, work cover, pathology, immunisations, health assessments, antenatal care and minor surgery.

Our vision at Myhealth is to establish a medical centre that provides the highest standard, non-discriminatory medical care in a modern and friendly environment. All of our doctors at Myhealth have diverse backgrounds with an insatiable passion combined with a unified vision to provide quality medical care to our patients.

For private insurance appointment, a physical or digital card must be presented and be compatible with our HICAPS machine. If you do not have a compatible card, full payment is required, and you will need to claim the rebate directly through your insurance

Once registered, you will be able to book an appointment with a Pacific Fair GP or an allied specialist at the clinic. For additional convenience, you can also book appointments online. For any queries or if you require further information, our team is happy to assist. Simply contact us during our opening times. How can I obtain a Medical Certificate?

Medical certificates are available and can be requested at the time of consultation with your doctor. If you require a special consideration certificate, please bring the necessary paperwork to your consultation.

Do I need an appointment to get a script?

Yes. Please schedule an appointment by contacting the practice directly, booking via our website or on the MyPractice App.

Am I eligible for a telehealth consultation?

Under Medicare, telehealth consultations are only available to existing patients who have seen their GP in person in the last 12 months.

Why am I receiving reminder notices?

Our practice is committed to preventative care and we may issue you with reminder notices or practice information from time to time. Please advise the staff if you do not wish to participate in this program.

What is MyMedicare?

MyMedicare is a new voluntary patient registration model. It aims to strengthen and formalise the relationship between patients, their general practice, general practitioner (GP) and primary care teams. Evidence shows that seeing the same GP and healthcare team regularly leads to better health outcomes for patients. You can formally register with the clinic here as your usual general practice or register with your preferred GP from 1 October 2023.

Do you accept new patients?

Yes, all patients are welcome in our practice. Please arrive 5 mins ahead of your scheduled appointment time to fill in necessary paperwork including a New Patient Registration Form.
