About Myhealth Pittwater Place Medical Clinic

Myhealth Pittwater Place medical centre is conveniently located on Level 1 at Pittwater Place Shopping Centre.

This brand new, purpose built centre offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients.

We offer a full range of medical services with physiotherapy, pathology and other comprehensive allied health services onsite. For all enquiries, please contact Myhealth Pittwater Place.

CASA aviation medical appointments (including hearing screen, blood tests and ECG if required) are available with Dr Tregonning – contact front desk to make an appointment.

For your added convenience we also accept online bookings.

In order to keep our staff and other patients safe and our practice open:

If you have fever, cough, runny/blocked nose, sore throat or any other cold symptoms you must have had a negative COVID RAT or PCR test on the day of your consult and wear a mask while you are in the practice. If you have not had a COVID test before arriving please inform reception.

Fees are applicable to all consultations including phone, video, and in-person consultations, and will require payment on the day of your appointment. The standard fee and reduced fees tabs outline which fees may apply to your consultation.

Please note that standard full fees apply to all consultations on weekends.

All full body skin checks incur a practice fee of $200 (with a Medicare rebate of $84.90).

For all surgical procedures, gap fees apply, these will vary depending on procedure complexity.

Whilst we are a private billing clinic, bulk billing is up to the discretion of the individual doctor and may apply for consultations such as routine childhood immunisation consultations or 75+ health assessments. We now also offer bulk-billing for short telehealth appointments for repeat scripts and referrals for our existing patients - these are specific appointment types and can be booked online or via reception.

Dressings done by our practice nurse will incur an additional charge:

Simple dressings - $20
Complex dressings - $40

Dressing fees will be billed separately to any consultations with the doctor.

*** Fees may vary slightly due to Medicare rebates which vary for certain items e.g. mental health care plans, mental health consults, antenatal consults and chronic disease management plans.

Cancellation Policy

We request that you provide 2 hours notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, failure to provide appropriate notice will result in a cancellation fee to the value of your appointment.

Mona Vale medical practice is here to assist with general health complaints, skin concerns (including some minor surgeries), men's health, women's health (including antenatal care) and children's health. If you are in need of sports medicine, our allied health partners specialise in and offer a wide range of treatments. We also offer services for health assessments and certifications that may be needed for the workplace or for insurance purposes. We also offer a range of immunisations - whether it's standard childhood immunisations, Covid vaccines or for travel.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Pittwater Place Medical Centre

Are you bulk billing?

We are a mixed billing medical centre which means there is usually a fee for your consultation that is payable on the day. For more information please see our consultation fees above.

Should I book a long or short appointment?

You should have a look at the appointment types available online to check if you are looking to see the doctor for a specific appointment type such as a skin check or cervical screening. If you do not need a specific appointment, you can book a longer appointment (30 minutes) if you need to discuss more than one thing with the doctor. If you have just one thing to discuss with the doctor then you can arrange a short appointment (15 minutes).

Are follow up appointments bulk billed?

Our consultations fees are based on the time spent with the doctor. Follow up appointments are generally not bulk billed but this remains at the doctor’s discretion. For more information please see our consultation fees above.

Is there a different fee for weekend consultations?

On Saturday the standard fees apply to all consultations. There are no reduced fees as per our consultation fee policy which can be reviewed above.

Do you perform iron infusions at Myhealth Pittwater Place medical centre?

Yes we do! At Myhealth Pittwater Place some of our doctors are able to perform iron infusions including Dr Stas Ulaszyn, Dr Jacqueline Tedder and Dr Timothy Tregonning. To arrange an iron infusion please contact our reception on (02) 9030 0445 or book a short appointment with one of the above named doctors for a pre-procedure consultation via our online booking portal.

Do you perform certified medical assessments for pilots?

Yes we do! Dr Timothy Tregonning is certified to perform CASA medical assessments for pilots wishing to obtain or renew their license to fly. If you would like to arrange a CASA medical with Dr Tregonning, please contact our friendly reception team on (02) 9030 0445.

Do you perform skin checks?

We do! If you would like to arrange a skin check with one of our GPs, please head to our online booking portal and select the “skin check” appointment type to arrange an appointment with Dr Jacqueline Tedder, Dr Candy Kwan or Dr Timothy Tregonning.

Do you take new patients?

We do take new patients. You can book an appointment as a new patient with Dr Stas Ulaszyn, Dr Helen Chipchase, Dr Jacqueline Tedder, Dr Madeleine Black, Dr Belinda Docwra or Dr Esther Mitchelson. If you would like to book in as a new patient any of the other doctors please see above.
