Our Fees Are Changing

Dear patients, please note that our fees will be changing from 1 July 2025. For more information, kindly refer to the pricing section of our website.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

COVID-19 & OTHER INFECTIOUS DISEASES POLICY:

If you have any one or more of the following symptoms- sore joints throat, runny nose, blocked nose, coughs, sneezes, fevers, body aches, chills

First book a Telehealth appointment - the doctor can arrange a self-collection PCR.
We DO NOT accept negative RAT. ONLY PCR accepted.
Once negative PCR is confirmed, you may book a face to face appointment.
Masks are MANDATORY in the practice (waiting room and doctor’s room) if you have any of the above symptoms. Please bring your own mask.

Above is to protect vulnerable patients such as the elderly, children, pregnant ladies and the immunocompromised. Your consideration of others is highly appreciated.

About Myhealth Rhodes Medical Clinic

Myhealth Rhodes opened on 26th August 2015. It is located on Level 8 at Rhodes Waterside Shopping Centre. Access via elevators situated next to the cinemas.

We are part of a comprehensive medical precinct – encompassing Radiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Exercise physiology, Podiatry, Psychological services, Dietetics, Gastroenterology/Hepatology specialist services, Dental and Pathology collection.

For your added convenience we also accept online bookings.

Behaviour Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for rude or aggressive behaviour towards staff, including doctors, nurses, and receptionists.

Any unacceptable behaviour will result in a ban from this practice and its premises.

Level B standard consultation $40 gap
Level C long consultation $50 gap
Level D extended consultation $60 gap

SATURDAYS: All consultations $45 gap (NO EXCEPTIONS)

SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: All consultations $55 gap

(NO EXCEPTIONS)

We will continue to bulk-bill the following during weekdays:

Children <16 years old
Health Care Card, Pensioner
Concession Card and DVA Card holders

Note: On Sundays and public holidays, a $65 gap fee applies to all walk-in patients if the doctor is fully booked.

Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is not cancelled at least 4 hours before the appointment time, there will be a $50 cancellation fee for standard appointments and $75 cancellation fee for long appointments and procedures.

The cancellation fee must be paid before the patient is allowed to see any doctor going forward. This is to ensure appointments are cancelled in a timely manner to ensure other patients have the opportunity to see a doctor too.
