About Myhealth Robina Medical Clinic

Myhealth Robina has been providing quality health care since opening its doors in October 2015.

We are conveniently situated within Robina Town Centre (Opposite the Coles), availing of the plentiful parking and surrounding facilities. To better serve the community we have incorporated allied health to our practice: including pathology services and acupuncture.

For your added convenience we also accept online bookings.

Pricing/Fees

Myhealth Robina has changed to a mixed billing clinic as of Thursday 1st September 2022. As of this time consultation fees will not be covered entirely by Medicare rebates and as such a ‘gap’ will apply. Some Bulk Billed services will still be available for patients with a valid Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, DVA card holders and children 16 years and under. Additional fees may apply to special services/procedures. For more information, or if you are experiencing financial hardship, please call our reception on 07 5593 3490.

Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy

For non-attendance, there will be no charge for the first instance, but the patient will be kindly reminded of the policy. A $50 charge will apply for the second instance, and no further appointments can be booked until the fee is paid. Please note that 24 hours' notice is required for all appointments.

Are you a Bulk Bill Clinic?

We offer bulk billing consultations Monday to Friday if you hold a current Pension/Concession Card and for children 15 and under. Appointments booked on Saturdays are not bulk billed regardless of age and/or concession status.

Where are you located?

We are located inside Robina Town Centre, opposite Coles, next to the Terry White Chemist (The Kitchens end).

Do I need an appointment for a referral/script/medical certificate?

Yes, you will need to speak to the doctor. Please contact the clinic to book an appointment.

Am I eligible for Telehealth?

To be eligible for Telehealth, you need to have had a face-to-face consultation with one of our GPs in the last 12 months.
