Patient Records Transfer Notice: Myhealth Roselands to Roselands Medical Centre

We wish to inform you that Myhealth Roselands will now be taken over and under the new management of Roselands Medical Centre. All patient's medical records will be transferred to the new practice on 15th November. If you wish for your records to not be transferred, please contact us via email at roselands@myhealth.net.au.

Bulk billing is available for Medicare card holders and people with Overseas Student Health Cover. If you don’t have the following, a private fee may incur. Please speak to one of our receptionists about the fee.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 2 hours notice of your cannot make your appointment as we turn other patients away. If you do not inform us that you cannot attend your appointment we will change a $50 fee.
