Increased Fees from 30th March 2026

From the 30th March 2026 we will be increasing our fees.

Standard Appointments $50
Long Appointments $70
Allergy Initial Consultation with Dr Jason Yu $145 gap
Allergy Follow Up Consultation with Dr Jason Yu $99 gap
Spirometry $45 gap
Initial ADHD medication consults $150

Saturday Closures Until Further Notice

Please be advised that the clinic will be closed on Saturdays from now until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

FunctionCare (Physiotherapy) Fee

Vivian has increase her gap fees to $25 for non-concession patients, while continuing to offer bulk billing for concession holders.

For private patients, the first consultation will be $110 and follow-up consultations will be $100.

Gabriela Cavaler's Fee

Please note that our psychologist, Gabriela Cavaler, will be increasing her fees to $255 per session starting 1st July 2025.

Michael He's fee:

The existing gap fee for EPC referral recipients now applies to pensioners, concession cardholders, and health care cardholders, at a rate of $10.

Myhealth South Eveleigh is a Mixed Billing Medical Centre conveniently located at Shop 17/2 Central Avenue, Eveleigh.

This brand new, purpose-built centre offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients.

Walk-In are generally welcome depending on DR's availability, however, an extra $20 fee applies on top of the gap ( For example: $40 gap for standard appt + $20 extra fee for walk-in).

Myhealth South Eveleigh is now a Mixed Billing Practice.

– Concession health care card holders and children under 16 with a pre-booked weekday appointment will be BULK BILLED.
– For all other patients, a $50 Gap Fee will apply including Telehealth (Phone or Video) consultations for Standard Appointment (up to 15 minutes) and a $70 Gap Fee will apply for Longer Appointment (over 15 minutes).

– There are no concessions provided for appointments with Dr Yu as all consultations will incur the full fee. (This includes all health care card holders and children under 16.)
– For walk-in appointments where there is no other available appointment, a $20 extra fee on top of the gap will apply.

THE GAP WILL BE DETERMINED AT THE DOCTOR’S DISCRETION

Cancellation Policy

No-shows and late cancellations (without at least 2 hours' notice) will incur a no-show fee.

Standard appointments are $45, and long appointments are $90.
