We are a mixed billing practice. Bulk billing is available for children aged 15 and under, and for patients holding a valid concession or DVA card. All other consultations will incur an out-of-pocket fee. Bulk billing for other patients is at the discretion of individual doctors.

Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy

A $40 cancellation/non-attendance fee will apply if you do not attend your appointment. If the appointment has not been confirmed, a one-time warning will be given, and the DNA fee policy will be explained for any future missed or late cancellations (within 2 hours of the appointment time).

Sunnybank GPs offer a wide range of services including chronic disease management, geriatric medicine and heart health to ease your mind when you have health worries. We also provide corporate and occupational health to help you with WorkCover due to illness, or recovery from injury. Our physiotherapist can help with musculoskeletal problems and sports medicine.

Sunnybank Doctors Welcome New Patients

Myhealth Sunnybank provides compassionate and professional medical care and welcomes new patients. It is simple to register with us - just fill out the online registration form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange an appointment with a GP at our Sunnybank clinic.

Once registered you can also download the MyPractice app to your phone, so you can conveniently access your medical records whenever you need them. Through the app, you can also access repeat prescriptions, medical certificates, referrals or pathology results in a simple and discrete manner.

Appointments are made by contacting the clinic during opening hours, or for your convenience, we also accept online bookings.

Are you a bulk billing clinic?

We offer mixed billing consultations from Monday to Friday. A gap fee applies.

Do you offer Workcover claims?

Yes, we do. In order to process your claim, we will require your Claim Number. If you do not have a Claim Number at the time of your appointment, you will need to pay upfront and process the claim yourself.

Am I eligible for Medicare Telehealth Rebate?

To be eligible for the Medicare Telehealth Rebate, you need to have completed a face-to-face consultation with one of our GPs in the last 12 months.
