Our Fees Are Changing
We would like to inform our valued patients that effective 21st July 2025, our consultation fees will be updated to $40 on weekdays and $55 on weekends and after-hours.
In addition, children covered by private insurance but not Medicare will incur a $20 gap fee. Please also be advised that on Saturdays, all patients including pension card holders and children will be charged a gap fee.
Doctor Availability Update
Dr Lin-Lee Yeong is an Authorised ADHD Continuation Prescriber.
Patients who have been formally diagnosed with ADHD and their treatment has been started by a psychiatrist or paediatrician can see Dr Lin-Lee Yeong for ongoing prescriptions and long term management. She is passionate about creating equitable access to ADHD medication.
Consultations will focus on safe prescribing, co-ordination with the psychiatrist or paediatrician and managing behaviour and lifestyle factors.
Dr Su-Yin Yeong is available for telehealth appointments during the week, please book with reception.
Childhood Vaccination
A long appointment is required with both your doctor and the nurse. Please contact our reception at 9188 3807 to schedule your appointment.
IV Iron and Hydration Therapies Now Available
Our clinic has expanded its services to include Intravenous Iron Infusion for iron deficiencies and Intravenous Rehydration to address dehydration issues, including those resulting from pregnancy-related vomiting. For more information, please reach out to us.
Note: Gap fees apply. Services are available only for adults aged 18 and above.
Medicinal Cannabis Consult
Please note, if you are booking in with Dr. Su for a medicinal cannabis consult there is a private gap fee of $150 for the first consultation. For pension/healthcare cardholders, this gap fee is reduced to $120. This initial consult gap is non-negotiable. The follow-up consultations will incur a gap fee of $35 or will be bulk-billed for pension/healthcare card holders as per usual.

Do you accept walk-ins?
We run on an appointment-only basis; therefore, we suggest booking an appointment in advance. However, we will always try to fit you in when we can, subject to availability on the day and the emergency of the situation.
Do you Bulk Bill?
We are a mixed billing practice. Therefore, all patients under 16, as well as those with a pension, seniors card, healthcare card, or DVA card, will be bulk billed Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. All other patients will have a $30 gap fee. After 6 pm and on Saturdays, there is a $45 gap fee for all patients regardless of age or Centrelink status.
How do I get my rebate?
For patients eligible for a Medicare rebate, we can process this for you in the clinic with a physical debit card or using an Apple Pay card that has the option to change to EFTPOS savings, by initially paying for the full service and then proceeding with a partial refund. Otherwise, we can provide you with a receipt to claim the Medicare rebate yourself through the Medicare app or website.
