Please note the revised schedules for our doctors:

Dr Callan Coventry will be available on Monday and Wednesday
Dr Sijo Samuel will be available on Tuesday and Thursday only (commencing 01/03/26)
Dr Ding will be available from Monday to Thursday
Dr Doan will be available on Tuesday and Friday
Dr Stieler will be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Myhealth West Moreton Clinic is a Mixed Billing Medical Centre conveniently located at 15 East Street, Ipswich.

This brand new, purpose-built centre offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients. Offering a wide range of Medical and Nursing services, the newly rebuilt Myhealth West Moreton Clinic is conveniently located with off-street parking available, entry via East Street. Public transport is easily accessible as we are directly adjacent to Ipswich Railway Station and Bell Street Bus Stops. Pharmacy, Podiatry, Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology and Ipswich Health Plaza (Queensland Health) are all in close proximity.

COVID SYMPTOMS?
For patients with any cold and flu symptoms, such as sore throat, cough, runny nose, sneezing, fever, chest discomfort, shortness of breath or have potentially been exposed to suspected COVID cases, please call the practice for bookings so that suitable arrangements can be made for your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ONLINE.

IRON INFUSION
Iron infusion is now available at the clinic with Dr Doan, Dr Samuel, and Dr Coventry. Please note that there is a private fee associated with this service.

TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS
Telehealth appointments are only available for patients who are COVID-positive. For all other medical concerns, please book an in-practice appointment.

Myhealth West Moreton Clinic is aware of the upcoming government changes effective from 1 November 2025. We would like to inform our patients that our fees will remain unchanged.

BULK BILLING WILL ONLY APPLY TO ALL PATIENTS 15 YEARS AND UNDER AND ALL PATIENTS WITH A CURRENT CONCESSION CARD (MUST PRESENT THE CARD ON THE DAY OF THE CONSULTATION)

Excsions and biopsy will now incur a private fee of $50.00 for all patients when you return for your results and stitches out this is a private treatment room fee.

Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy

We kindly wish to inform you that a Non-Attendance Fee of $40.00 applies in the event of a missed appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

Is this a bulk billing clinic?

Our clinic bulk bills for children under 15 years and for all patients with a concession card.

How do I get my Medicare rebate back from Medicare?

We can refund your Medicare rebate at the clinic on the day if you have a savings or cheque EFTPOS card; we can refund it straight back to your card. Otherwise, Medicare will refund it into your bank account if you have these details registered with Medicare.

How do I get a new prescription or new referral to my specialist?

All prescriptions and referrals require an appointment with your doctor. If you have been to an in-practice appointment in the last 12 months, then a script or referral can be done via a telehealth appointment.
