Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative

From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.    

Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.

Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic.
