Patients are required to pay the full consultation fee on the day of their appointment, so we can process the payment with Medicare and arrange for the rebate to be returned to you.

We will electronically submit the Medicare rebate on your behalf, and it is typically deposited into your bank account within a few business days. For patients using a debit or savings card, the rebate can be processed immediately.

For telehealth consultations, please ensure payment is made before 5 PM on the same day of your appointment so we can submit it to Medicare. For payments made after hours, patients will need to claim the rebate directly from Medicare using the receipt after payment

For after-hours care, you can book an after-hour telehealth appointment, and we’ll assess if a home visit is needed over the phone.

Patients will need to claim rebate directly with Medicare.

Patients with chronic conditions may be eligible for a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP), which can provide access to up to 5 Medicare subsidised allied health services.The clinic is unable to track how many of your five Medicare-subsidised allied health visits have been used. If a service is not covered by Medicare, you will be responsible for paying the full consultation fee.

Allied Health Fees for Patients with a Care Plan

Osteopath: Gap fee from $123 (depending on consultation length). A 50% of the consultation fee will be charged for no show or late cancellations.

Podiatrist: $30Gap Fee  

Dietitian: $30Gap Fee or $10 Gap Fee for Concession card holder

Physiotherapist: Bulk bill with care plan except Mr Ivan Lam: $20 Gap Fee 

Exercise Physiologists: Bulk bill with care plan

Diabetes Educator:  $20 Gap Fee or $10 Gap Fee for  Concession card holder
