    About the Role

    We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Talent team. This is not your typical admin role! You will play a key part in driving our GP recruitment pipeline by managing inbound/outbound leads, supporting onboarding, and keeping our systems and processes running seamlessly.

    What You'll Be Doing

    You'll be right at the centre of our GP recruitment activity, supporting both candidates and our internal team of GP TA Consultants.

    Lead Generation & Candidate Management

    • Manage and qualify inbound and outbound GP leads from website, campaigns, and social media
    • Maintain and update candidate records in our CRM (JobAdder)
    • Keep our database clean, organised, and ready to use
    • Repost and manage job ads across platforms like SEEK and industry job boards

    Onboarding & Compliance Support

    • Support onboarding of new GPs (contracts, systems setup, documentation)
    • Assist with key paperwork including exemptions, provider numbers, and training pathways
    • Coordinate follow-ups and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

    Recruitment Operations

    • Track GP hiring needs across clinics
    • Support referral programs and recruitment campaigns
    • Process invoices and keep recruitment admin running smoothly

    Projects & Process Improvement

    • Get involved in projects to improve how we recruit and onboard GPs
    • Help streamline systems, documentation, and workflows

    Events & Team Support

    • Assist with conferences and events
    • Coordinate welcome packs and support the wider Talent team

    About You

    You're someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working behind the scenes to make things happen, and takes pride in getting the details right.

    You'll bring:

    • Experience in admin, coordination, or recruitment support
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
    • Confidence working with systems (Job Adder experience is a bonus)
    • A proactive mindset 
    • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
