As Myhealth North Richmond is a mixed billing clinic, payment is required at the time of your appointment. Reception will strive to process Medicare rebates on the spot after payment has been made. Patients that hold a valid DVA, pension, concession or healthcare card are bulk-billed Monday to Friday.

On Saturday and Sunday all patients will be billed privately. This includes children and patients who hold a pension, concession or health care card. Telehealth consultations will also be a higher out of pocket fee. For more information please ask our friendly reception team.

Please note that fees may vary depending on the doctor you see. For information on your preferred doctor's schedule, kindly ask reception.

Please note, we do have late cancellation and non-attendance fee.

Cancellation Policy

Due to an increase in the number of non-attendances and late cancellations, from September 20^th 2022 the following fees apply:

Non-attendance: from $20*
Late cancellations: within 2 hours for a standard consult from $20*
*increased fees may apply according to the length of the missed appointment.
Payment must be made before another appointment can be made.

Are you a bulk billing clinic?

Myhealth North Richmond is a mixed billing clinic. Payment is required at the time of your appointment for patients aged 16 and above. Reception will strive to process Medicare rebates on the spot after payment has been made. Children aged 15 and younger and patients that hold a valid DVA, pension, concession, or healthcare card are bulk-billed Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, all patients will be billed privately, including children and patients with a pension, concession, or health care card. Telehealth consultations will also incur a higher out-of-pocket fee.

Do I need an appointment for a referral/script/medical certificate?

Yes, please contact the clinic to book an appointment.

Are all Myhealth clinics linked/share my records?

No, all Myhealth clinics are separate sites and do not share your medical records. If you would like to have your previous records sent to this clinic, you are required to complete a transfer of record request form. This form is then sent to your previous clinic by our reception staff.

What is a 75+ health assessment?

A 75+ Health Assessment is an annual assessment available to all patients over the age of 75. It provides an in-depth look at all aspects of your health, offering an opportunity to review your overall health and well-being and discuss any concerns with your doctor.
