    Bulk Billing Update – Effective 1 November 2025

    Starting 1 November 2025, our practice will bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients for all consultations, including weekends.

    Are you a bulk billing clinic?
    Yes. From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.

    How will the fee be processed?
    You will be charged the full amount of the consultation fee to your credit or debit card at the end of your consultation. We then process your Medicare rebate on your behalf electronically. The rebate should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days. Please make sure you have provided your updated Medicare details.

    Do I require an appointment for just a prescription or referral?
    Yes, you will still need to book an appointment with your doctor, either in person or via a telephone consult.
