Acupuncture: (Dr Anna Tai)

Acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain, increasingly it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management. Make an appointment to see Dr Anna Tai to discuss if acupuncture would be able to assist you with a wide range of issues.

Skin Care Advice & Aesthetic Treatments: (Dr Raman Sibia)

LED (Light therapy treatment) - Promotes skin rejuvenation, reduces inflammation, and accelerates the healing process for a brighter, more youthful complexion. LED light therapy is also great in fighting active acne & rosacea as well as scarring.

Volume Loss Consultation: Our faces age over time and the visible signs of ageing differ in individuals depending on your genetics, lifestyle and sun exposure. At Myhealth Southland, Dr Ramanpreet Sibia uses fillers to restore lost volume, soften lines and subtly enhance your natural features. At her core is the belief that each face should be treated individually and holistically for the most natural, age appropriate outcome.
Fine Line Consultation: Passing years and the lifestyle stresses that we all experience can show on our faces. You can soften this impact with wrinkle relaxing injections. These injections can relax the muscles which cause frown lines, forehead lines and crows feet, as well as stop the downturn of the mouth and help smooth the chin within a few days, and lasts up to 4 months. Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative

From 1st April, 2026 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.

Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.

Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.

Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the appointment will incur no charge (as stated in the SMS reminder). For non-attendances, a warning will be issued for the first occurrence. For the second and any subsequent missed appointments, a $30 non-attendance fee will apply, which must be paid before booking any further appointments.

Are you a bulk billing clinic?

Yes. From April 1, 2026 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.

Does your clinic offer other services?

Yes, we have Australian Clinical Labs on site Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. We also offer acupuncture with Dr Anna Tai, skin checks with Dr Ben Cronin, and aesthetic treatments (such as LED treatment, Dermapen, injectables, and fillers) with Dr Raman Sibia. Additionally, we have a physiotherapist on site every Thursday morning.

Do I need an appointment for a referral, scripts, or a medical certificate?

Yes, you will need to speak to the doctor. Please contact the clinic to book an appointment.
